Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 cup raw oats
Honey, to taste

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add 1 cup of almond milk.
  • Peel and slice the banana, then add it to the blender.
  • Measure and pour 1 cup of raw oats into the blender.
  • Optionally, add honey to taste for sweetness.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  • Optionally, drizzle a bit of honey on top for an extra touch.
