Saba Azad approved smoothie recipe for silky hair

This smoothie is made using 5 different ingredients and is great for those looking to grow their hair or are suffering from dry hair problems. To make it you need, beetroot, orange, ginger, amla and banana. Blend it in a mixer and have it for breakfast. This will keep you full for long and even help you manage weight.

What are the benefits of the ingredients?

Beetroot

Beetroot contains antioxidants like vitamin C and carotenoids, which help neutralize free radicals that contribute to premature greying of hair. It also has vitamins E and C, which help in strengthening hair follicles.

Oranges

Oranges are packed with vitamin C, which plays a crucial role in collagen production. Collagen is essential for maintaining the strength and elasticity of hair strands, promoting healthier and more resilient hair.

Ginger

Ginger helps to improve blood circulation to the hair and also has hair growth-promoting properties

Amla

Amla is rich in vitamin C, which helps boost collagen production. Collagen is essential for hair growth as it strengthens hair follicles, encourages hair growth, and prevents hair breakage.

Bananas

Bananas are rich in natural oils, carbohydrates, and vitamins that help moisturize and hydrate the hair, making it softer, smoother, and more manageable.
