However, this easy tea recipe by digital content curator Shenaz can naturally contribute to glowing skin. To make this tea, all you need is a handful of mint leaves, 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms and 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds. Boil these ingredients in 2 cups of water, strain the mixture and then drink the tea regularly. For optimal results, consume it first thing in the morning.
