Quick and healthy breakfast fix: Try this delicious potato chilla recipe

No time to prep breakfast? No worries! Here's a quick and healthy recipe for potato chilla, also known as potato pancakes.

Begin by grating boiled potatoes into a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, chilli powder, fennel seeds, whole cumin seeds, salt, and a bit of flour. Mix well with water. Next, add sugar, baking powder, and oil. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

Now, heat a non-stick pan and brush it with oil. Pour the batter into the pan and let it cook for approximately 2 minutes. Apply a bit more oil and flip it to cook the other side. Voila! Your tasty chilla is ready to be enjoyed.

Pair it with your preferred chutney and relish your breakfast!
