India's butter garlic naan is the 2nd best flatbread in the world; see which other Indian breads follow

Without any doubt, Indian cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines in the world.

Butter Garlic Naan grabs the 2nd spot

Recently, Taste Atlas released a list of the best flatbreads in the world on its Instagram page, and India's Butter Garlic Naan has been given the second spot in it.

Following it Naan has been ranked fourth, Parantha is 8th, Amritsari Kulcha is 14th, Roti is 16th, Aloo Parantha is 29th, Rumali Roti is 34th, Aloo Naan is 46th and Kashmiri Naan is 47th. In this list of 50 flatbreads, 9 breads are from India.

The number one spot has been grabbed by Malaysia's Roti Canai and the last one goes to Spain's Coca.

While sharing the post, Taste Atlas wrote -

Flatbreads have been enjoyed across different cultures for centuries, with each region adding its own distinct flavors and techniques to this culinary creation.

While determining the absolute best flatbread would be an impossible task for anyone, we've turned to mathematics and counted your votes - as we always do.
