From chocolate coffee to chicken toast, here's what actor Sonam Kapoor eats in a day

Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor has always inspired us with her fit body and stylish avatars. However, to be fit and on top of her game, Sonam maintains a healthy and balanced diet with a little indulgence at the start of her morning.

Recently, Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram and shared a video of what she eats in a day. Her healthy diet is a must-follow for those who want to shed weight and maintain a healthy balance of indulgence and abstinence.

Sonam Kapoor reveals what she eats in a day

The diva wakes up early and has her first meal at 6 am. She begins her morning at 6 am with some fresh lemon water, followed by a special collagen coffee with oat milk. Her only indulgence of the day is chocolate which she adds to her cup of coffee.

Next, she munches on some soaked nuts, including almonds and three Brazil nuts at 6:45 am.
After a break of a couple of hours, Sonam enjoys some eggs and toast, made by her chef. After she is done with work, at around 1:45 pm, she savours her lunch which includes digging into a yummy-looking Chicken Arrabbiata pasta and salad.

For her evening snacks, Sonam sips on a creamy hot beverage around 4 pm followed by Chicken on Toast at 5:15 pm.

In the video, she can be seen enjoying a cup of coconut yoghurt on the table, with freshly cut berries in bowls on the side. She has her last meal, which is soup, at around 7 pm. In the videos, her chef can be seen pouring the broth into a thermos and bringing it to Sonam in her car. Apart from this, Sonam makes sure to have at least 3-4 litres of water every day.

Why should you start your day with lemon water?

Like Sonam, you should also start your day with lemon water. Lemons are loaded with vitamin C, which assists in decreasing the production of wrinkles, and defends your skin against free-radical damage.

Lemon water also keeps your body hydrated and helps soothe sore throats. This is also a great way to start the day as lemon water helps with weight loss.
