      Rasgulla - 120 kcal per serving of 131 gm

      Soan Papdi - 130 kcal per serving of 35 gm

      Jalebi – 150 kcal per serving of 55 gm

      Kheer - 130 kcal per serving of 100 gm

      Gajar Halwa – 150 kcal per serving cup of 100 gm

      Gulab Jamun – 150 kcal per serving of 50 gm

      Milk Cake – 190 kcal per serving of 43 gm

      Coconut Barfi – 182 kcal per serving of 45 gm

      Shrikhand – 100 kcal per serving of 40 gm

      It is important to keep in mind that the exact calorie count of any food will also depend on the recipe, ingredients and serving size.
