BTB juice has numerous health benefits; know what all it contains

We know vegetable juice has various health benefits. Recently nutritionist, Simran Vohra shared a video on Instagram listing benefits of BTB Juice. This juice is made of bottle gourd, tomato and beetroot which are all rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.

BTB juice aids in clear skin, weight loss and helps in curing constipation. All these vegetables are low in calories and have high water content.

How to make BTB juice

Take 5-6 pieces of bottle gourd, beetroot and a small tomato. Blend them all together with some water. Now strain it and drink.
