Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant Wedding: From Parsi to Thai pre wedding function menu to have 2500 dishes

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's youngest son Anant Ambani got engaged to Radhika Merchant on January 19, 2023. Even though the couple is set to tie the knot in July this year, the pre wedding festivities have already begun with small, close-knit family funtions. The bigger and lavish functions are scheduled to take place at the Ambani’s farmhouse in Jamnagar, Gujarat from March 1 to March 3, 2024.

Pre wedding function menu to have 2500 dishes

According to reports, the pre wedding function menu will have 2500 dishes and about 21 chefs from Indore have been appointed to take the guests through this gastronomical gala.

The 2500 dishes involved in the menu will include Pan Asian cuisines like Thai, Japanese and Parsi alongwith Mexican and other cuisines from all across the world. According to reports, there will be 75 dishes for breakfast, 225 for lunch and more than 275 types of items for dinner. For guests having midnight craving, 85 dishes will be available from midnight to 4 am. Apart from this, an Indore Sarafa food counter will include dishes like Indori poha, kachori, Poha Jalebi, Bhutta Ka Kees, Khopra Patties and Upma.

Who all will attend the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant?

According to reports Bollywood bigwigs like actors Salman Khan, Rajnikanth, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, ShahRukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and others are set to attend the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Besides people from the entertainment business tycoons like Gautam Adani, Sanjiv Goenka, the Godrej Family will attend the functions. International stalearts like Mark Zukerberg and Bill Clinton are also going to attend the events according to reports.
