The list of world's worst rated food was recently released by Taste Atlas and Aloo Baigan found the 60th position in it, after receiving only 2.7 stars. However, this dish has various nutritional values if cooked with less oil and minimal spices. While potatoes are rich in carbohydrates and provide energy, brinjal is low in calories and rich in minerals and vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6.

Brinjal, also known as eggplant or aubergine, offers several health benefits:

Rich in Nutrients: Brinjals are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They contain vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, thiamine, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, and copper.
