The 'Four more shots please' actor mentioned: My aunt cooked up a 'there's nothing for lunch' menu and she called it 'food for the soul'.

Adding veggies like karela and bhindi to your meal is a great choice if you are trying to shed some kilos as well as are wanting to improve your gut health.
