We all know the importance of sunscreen in our daily lives, and nowadays sunscreen spray is being widely used.

Dermatologist Jushya Bhatia Sarin shared a video on Instagram where she advised spraying sunscreen on face with eyes and mouth shut, or else it can be harmful.

She also suggested that rather than spraying it directly on the face, it's better to first spray it on your hand and then apply on the face.

Besides, this, according to her sunscreen sticks are better than sunscreen sprays.
