Nita Ambani once again captured the audience's attention with her unique jewellery choice, after making headlines at her son's pre-wedding festivities.

At the 71st Miss World event, she was seen wearing a Banarasi jangla sari handcrafted from lustrous gold zari and Indian silk. Accompanying the ensemble was a bajuband that belonged to the Mughal emperor and was once worn by Shah Jahan. According to reports, the price of this expensive piece is more than 200 crore.

According to Topophilia's Instagram post, the jewel measures 13.7 cm in height and 19.8 cm in width. Crafted from gold, the kalgi is adorned with diamonds, rubies, and spinels. The piece of jewellery was created using the Pachhikakaam technique, which Indian jewellers adopted in an attempt to replicate the European claw setting. Reportedly, the jewellery was previously showcased at the AI Thani Collection before being auctioned off in 2019.

At the Event Nita Ambani, she received the 'Beauty with Purpose Humanitarian Award'.
