Krystyna Pyszková from Czech Republic crowned Miss World 2024

The Czech Republic's Krystyna Pyszková won the coveted Miss World 2024 title at a grand event held in Mumbai on Saturday (March 9), which saw India's Sini Shetty make it only to the top 8. Miss Lebanon, Yasmina Zaytoun, was named the first runner-up. Krystyna was crowned the title by reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska from Poland. India hosted the event after 28 years.

Krystyna Pyszková wins Miss World 2024 title

After months of anticipation, the prestigious title of Miss World 2024 finally has a face. With her sheer dedication and hard work, Czech Republic's Krystyna Pyszková defeated 111 contenders to emerge victorious at the star-studded event held in Jio World Plaza Centre Mumbai. She was crowned by last year's winner, Karolina Bielawska of Poland. The crowning moment left many dewy-eyed.

About Krystyna Pyszková

Krystyna Pyszková dons many feathers to her glorious cap. In addition to becoming the ultimate Miss World, the 24-year-old has accomplished a lot during her time in the beauty contest. She was named Miss Europe during the Top 4 selection along with Yasmin Azaytoun of Lebanon (Miss Asia and Oceania), Aché Abrahams of Trinidad and Tobago (Miss America), and Lesego Chombo of Botswana (Miss Africa). During the competition, she also took home the Best Fashion Designer Award - Europe.
