Roast turmeric in a pan for 5 minutes or until it takes a dark coffee colour
Step 2
Add some honey and milk to bring in a smooth consistency for the paste
Step 3
Apply it all over your face and hands and keep it for 10 minutes
Step 4
Wash off with normal water while gently scrubbing the face.

According to stylist Rosi Fernandez, it is advisable to wash your mane at least twice a week. She explained that your hair may look clean but with pollution, sweat and weather conditions hair becomes oily, greasy and dirty. Washing them only once a week may cause scalp flaking, itching, sensitivity, dandruff and even hair loss.&nbsp;
Fernandez advised washing hair at least twice a week even if your hair is dry and thick, to remove all the residues that can accumulate on the scalp. She also recommended emulsifying shampoo in your hands before applying it.&nbsp;

<li>Aloe vera has inflammatory and wound-healing properties that will help reduce the red patches faster.</li>
<li>Cold compresses helps soothe inflammation. Soak a clean cloth in ice water and place it on the affected areas for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Green tea also has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Boil 2-3 tea leaves and let them cool down. Soak a clean cloth in it and apply it on the affected areas.</li>
<li>Coconut oil contains lauric acid which has antifungal properties. Take 1 teaspoon of slightly warm coconut oil and apply it for an hour.&nbsp;</li>
