As the much-awaited Ganesh Chaturthi festival kicks off, households across the country are busy preparing delectable offerings for Lord Ganesha, with one of the favourites being the modak. These sweet treats hold a special place in celebrations.
Renowned chef Pankaj Bhadouria recently shared a recipe for sugar-free modak made with dates and cocoa powder. To make this delightful treat, start by taking 1 cup of seedless dates and blending them into a smooth paste, adding a tablespoon of milk while grinding.
Next, heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add the dates paste, cooking it on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. To enhance both the colour and flavour of the modak, stir in 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. Turn off the heat and thoroughly mix the paste in the pan.
Finally, add some dry fruits to the mixture and combine them well. Take a modak mold, apply some ghee, and sprinkle poppy seeds and pistachios onto it.
Your sugar-free chocolate flavour modak is ready!!

There's a video doing rounds on Instagram where you can see Pawan Sachdeva confirming that Raghav Chadha will be dressed in his designs for all the wedding events. When the paparazzi asked Pawan if Raghav is wearing his outfits, he nodded and said, "Yes."
The Sufi Night was held at Raghav's Delhi house, which looked beautiful with golden lights and a decorated entrance gate.
Other than this, there are speculations that Parineeti is going to wear her wedding outfit designed by Manish Malhotra.&nbsp;
Parineeti and Raghav are having a destination wedding in Udaipur. The festivities start with the Choora ceremony on September 23. There will also be a welcome lunch and an evening party with a 'Let's party like it's the 90s' theme.
The wedding ceremony itself will be called 'Divine Promises - A Pearl White Indian Wedding.' It will include all the traditional rituals like Jaimala, Pheras, and Vidai. After that, they will have a big reception to close the wedding celebrations.

<h3>Here's the recipe:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Heat 1 cup of water with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of olive oil until it boils.</li>
<li>Reduce heat to low and gradually add 1 cup of rice flour while stirring. Adjust consistency with hot water if needed.</li>
<li>Add 2 tbsp of besan, mix, and cover for 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl or plate.</li>
<li>Begin kneading once it's warm enough to handle, don't wait for it to cool completely. Knead into a soft dough using greased palms and cover.</li>
<li>Take sections, roll out with a rolling pin, and shape them into fries or desired shapes. Deep fry in hot oil.</li>
<li>Enjoy with your favorite masalas or sauces! </li>
