The Ambani wedding saw many gorgeous looks, stylish avatars and exquisite jewellery. Amongst the many who had our attention were the Kardashian sisters - Kim and Khloe. The duo managed to impress Indian netizens with their desi avatars. From lehengas to maang tikas, they wore everything Indian at the mega wedding.

The duo's stylist Dani Levi has revealed in detail how actor Aishwarya Rai inspired Kim and Khloe's Indian looks.

Dani Levi posted a video on Instagram revealing that the various looks of Aishwarya Rai in her films were the main inspiration behind Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian's glamorous films.
She said, "My main muse for this project (Kim K and Khloe's Ambani wedding looks) was Aishwarya Rai, one of the most elegant, exotic, iconic women in the world."

In the video, the stylist shared Aishwarya's looks from her movies, including Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Jodha Akbar, which were part of the mood board.

Dani revealed that they picked Manish Malhotra as their designer as he has worked with Aishwarya Rai in her films. "This is Manish Malhotra, the God of Bollywood, a legendary designer who has also worked on Aishwarya's films," revealed Dani.

Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian arrived in Mumbai to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding on July 12.

What did Kim and Khloe wear at Ambani wedding?

For the wedding day, Kim picked a custom scarlet red saree by Manish Malhotra, she looked stunning. The outfit’s plunging neckline and slim pallu showcased her signature bodycon style.

On the other hand, Khloe wore an ivory lehenga designed by Manish Malhotra.
