In their last league game of IPL 2022, Lucknow Super Giants will take on the Kolkata Knight Riders in Match 66 of the tournament in Navi Mumbai on Wednesday.

The previous encounter between the two sides resulted in a one-sided affair Lucknow steam-rolled Kolkata by thrashing them with a margin of 75 runs

Lucknow Super Giants are one win away from guaranteeing themselves a top-2 spot in the league and will be aiming to get the benefit of having another chance in the playoffs. Although the team has lost their last 2 games, the LSG management won't be too worried about the Playing XI. The side heavily depends on captain KL Rahul and his performance will the key to success.

Knight Riders on the other hand are almost out of playoff contention but a win could spice things up in the last week of the league stage. With just 6 wins from 13 games, KKR has 12 points but a win doesn't guarantee them a spot in the playoffs as Delhi and Bangalore have achieved the 14 point target with a game in hand.
