IPL 2022: Krunal Pandya spends time with Gautam Gambhir as LSG get ready for Gujarat clash

It will be a battle for the top spot as Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will take on the Gujarat Titans (GT) at Pune's MCA Stadium on Tuesday in the IPL.

Lucknow Super Giants have been brilliant this season and occupy the top spot with 8 wins and just 3 losses from 11 games. The KL Rahul led side has won their last 4 games which included a royal thrashing of Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous game. Captain KL Rahul has been performing well with the bat and is supported well by his opening partner Quinton de Kock and the top order. The bowling unit also looks tight and has the services of the dangerous Avesh and Mohsin Khan.

Gujarat Titans on the other hand have lost their last 2 games but are still sitting on the 2nd spot with 8 wins from 11 matches. A win for either sides on Tuesday will confirm their playoffs berth. Gujarat's batting is the weak link in the team which promises great all-rounders and a superb bowling unit led by Mohd Shami. The Titans would be eager to snap their 2-match losing streak and gain momentum ahead of the playoffs.

GT vs LSG Head-to-Head Record

The two teams have played each other only once this season where Guajrat won the match by 5 wickets.
