Watch: Auraiya SP's thumbs up for local police after 'surprise test'

In a bid to check response time of local police, Auraiya SP disguised herself and dialled 112 SOS from a UP highway.

She made two bikers lodge forge complaint to check vigilance timing of the police.

The video shared by the district police shows SP Charu Nigam pretending to be an armed robbery victim, as she speaks in a high pitched wife.

In response to the distress call, a team of police officers reached the unknown road where Nigam claimed her 'brown purse was' robbed.

The district police in a tweet later claimed that local police passed the 'surprise test.'
