A video of Virat Kohli's doppelganger receiving a grand reception in Ayodhya has gone viral on the internet.

Virat Kohli's lookalike mobbed by fans in Ayodhya, video goes viral

The consecration ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya took place on January 22. Several celebrities attended the ceremony and even Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were invited to the event. They did not attend the Pran Pratishtha ceremony, but still managed to hit the headlines. That's thanks to a Virat Kohli lookalike in Ayodhya.

On arriving at the Ram temple, the doppelganger received a rousing reception. A viral video featured Kohli's lookalike in the Indian cricket team's jersey, with people crowding around him for a selfie.

A fan shared the video with a caption that read, "Duplicate Virat Kohli at Ayodhya. People going crazy after seeing Duplicate Virat Kohli."

Social media users reacted to the video, saying that "even duplicate Virat attracts audience." Another user called the lookalike "Virat Kohli from chor bazaar."
