Chandigarh polls | BJP's fraud caught on cam, exposed by SC: AAP

Following the Supreme Court verdict on Chandigarh mayoral polls, Aam Aadmi Party leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said the fraud by the BJP has been exposed by the Supreme.

"BJP, the so-called world's biggest political party, in a mere mayoral election, indulged in dishonesty, cheating, lying, fraud, robbery, which was caught on camera. This is a matter of concern for the country. What would the party be doing where there is no camera? What would the Centre be doing in places where there are no microphones? This is a question of grave concernm," said Bharadwaj.

The top court declared AAP's Kuldeep Kumar as the mayor of Chandigarh. The court also called the election results declared by the returning officer invalid.

It said that the election officer is guilty of misdemeanour. A notice has been issued to Masih to show cause as to why steps should not be initiated against him under Section 340 of CrPC.
