Anjali Sinha who was travelling to Pune from Delhi suffered an anxiety attack onboard following which a passenger doctor along with the cabin crew came to her help. 

Passenger extends gratitude to Air India crew, doctor after assistance during anxiety attack

Passenger Anjali Sinha extended her gratitude to Air India crew following a massive anxiety attack onboard a March 20 Pune-bound flight.

Sinha who was travelling to Pune from Delhi suffered an anxiety attack following which a passenger doctor along with the cabin crew came to her help.

In a tweet Sinha thanked the doctor and the cabin crew, ''Taking this opportunity to Thank you team @airindiain. For all the support and care that I got from your cabin crew of Flight AI 481 -20/03/2023 during a bad episode of an Anxiety attack on the flight. Dr Roxy Chirom for your prompt medical assistance and support. Gratitude. Thankful.'

She also added that the doctor attended to her nearly-hour long anxiety attack with utmost patience.

Along with her tweet, Sinha also wrote a letter of thanks to 'angels who helped her with her anxiety attack on an Air India Flight'.

It took Sinha nearly 40-50 minutes to get back to her normal self, stating that 'the crew couldn't have been more supportive, more positive and above all more human'.

In response, Air India thanked Sinha for her kind words.

The airline tweeted, 'Dear Ms Sinha, thank you so much for your kind words of appreciation. We're glad to know that our team served you up to your expectations. We will surely convey your compliments to our team. We look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon!'
