During a state-level meeting of the Delivery of Integrated Services of Haryana (DISHA) on Thursday, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal expressed anger over negligence.

Upset over the poor condition of roads damaged during pipeline installation and the laxity shown by contractors in road repairs, the CM asked Public Health's EIC Ashim Khanna and EC Rajiv Batish to leave the meeting.
