Parliament session | Crucial union cabinet meeting concludes, no briefing

A Cabinet meeting called by PM Narendra Modi on the first day of a special Parliament session concluded in the annexe building, according to reports.

PM Modi and other ministers arrived before the start of the meeting, it added.

No briefing was held after the meeting ended due to the special Parliament session.

Even though the agenda for the cabinet meeting was not revealed, several reports suggest that 8 key bills listed for consideration in the Parliament were discussed during the meeting.
