Actor Alia Bhatt is beginning a new chapter in 2024. The highly successful actor is donning the hat of executive producer for ‘Poacher’. Disclosing the first look of the series, Alia has shared a promotional video of the series featuring herself.

In the promotional video, Alia Bhatt looks shocked and is investigating a crime scene in the jungle. In the backdrop, she talks about the murder of a 10-year-old elephant. The thrilling video shows a silhouette of an elephant where he was supposedly killed and Alia is heard pledging justice for Ashok.

‘It still gave me chills’

Talking about the shooting of the video. Alia wrote in the caption, “I spent less than a day in the jungle to shoot this awareness video, but it still gave me chills.” She urged her fans to watch the complete story.

Written and Directed by Richie Mehta, ‘Poacher’ will be released on February 23 on Amazon Prime. This series is based on true events.

About ‘Poacher’
Based on the issue of ‘elephant poaching’, Alia’s series is trying to raise awareness about the ivory poaching ring. The series tells the story of a group of IFS officers, investigators and individuals who are adamant about delivering justice to a killed elephant. Nimisha Sajayan, Roshan Mathew, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya will be seen in key roles in the series.
