Emotional Mahesh Babu remembers late father Krishna at prayer meet; Trivikram, C Kalyan attend

Telugu superstar and veteran actor Krishna died on November 15 in Hyderabad. A prayer meeting was held in his honour on November 17, which was attended by several celebrities including producers Dil Raju, C Kalyan, directors Trivikram, Anil Ravipudi, Vashmi Padiipally among others. His son, actor Mahesh Babu paid tribute to his late father, and pictures from the prayer meeting are going viral on social media.

The prayer meet was held on the third day of Krishna’s death. In one of the pictures shared online, Mahesh is seen posing with his late brother Ramesh Babu's family,

Fans are offering their condolences to the Ghattamaneni family. The Telugu Film Producers Council announced on November 16 that all film-related activities were cancelled for the day, and the industry was closed as a mark of respect for the late actor Krishna.

Krishna was hospitalised at a private hospital in Hyderabad following a cardiac arrest.
Mahesh Babu’s children Sitara and Gautham, and Krishna’s daughter Manjula had penned emotial notes in Krishna’s memory. Krishna’s funeral was held at Mahaprasthanam crematorium in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
