Wondering why Amitabh Bachchan runs on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’s set? Here’s what he said

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan will soon return as host of the 15th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. Big B recently shared some photos from the set of the game show on his blog and revealed why he runs towards the set during the opening of the show.

The actor said it was a tradition that was started by him. Although, many insisted that he shouldn’t be doing so.

He shared a few lines on the same in Hindi on his blog which loosely translates to, ‘This activity of running on to set started because I insisted. I was stopped by many. But I was determined. I will always run, on the shoulders of those who love.’

Bachchan also wrote about the vibe on the set.

‘The applause for the audience, in line for the distilled energy need; it takes a lot to keep them, feed them without greed .. They make the show, they are the life, never ignored .. their love for us is never overboard ..,’ he wrote.

He concluded his blog with a note for the audience, ‘What is needed will be done with aplomb ; their eventual grace, the evening psalm ..’

Amitabh Bachchan started hosting KBC in 2001.
In a recent interview with Lallantop, Siddharth Basu shared that Big B starts getting very nervous when a contestant is about to give wrong answers. He clarified that the host is not aware of the correct answers.
