Vishal Batra opens up about Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani's wedding: 'It is a lovely feeling'

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani tied the knot on February 7 at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace in the presence of their close friends and family. The couple has been sharing their wedding pics on social media and their fans are in awe of them.

Their wedding reception was held in Mumbai on February 12 and it was also attended by Kargil marytr, Captain Vikram Batra’s twin brother Vishal Batra and his family. A picture of the couple posing with Vishal and his family soon went viral on the Internet. Now, Vishal has opened up about Sidharth and Kiara’s wedding in an interview.

Speaking with ETimes, Vishal said that 'For me, it was also a feeling that I couldn’t see Vikram’s wedding… It took me through various emotions, and being an identical twin, it’s something that can’t be explained in words. We got a message from Kiara, too, saying they are looking forward to us attending the wedding'.

He later added that the real Vikram and Dimple could not get married, but the reel Vikram and Dimple have, and that is a lovely feeling.

Sidharth Malhotra played the role of Vishal Batra’s twin brother, Captain Vikram Batra in 'Shershaah'. This was the first time that Sidharth and Kiara worked together in a film and fell in love during the filming of the movie.
