'Vedaa' teaser: John-Sharvari are up against a corrupt system in this action extravaganza| WATCH

The teaser of John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh starrer 'Vedaa' is out! It offers a sneak peek into what appears to be another action spectacle from Abraham, with a promising performance from Sharvari. The film, directed by Nikhil Advani, also stars Abhishek Banerjee and Tamannaah Bhatia.

The one-minute-thirty-five-second-long video opens with Sharvari's voiceover, who plays the titular role in the film. While Veda is no damsel in distress, she does need someone who walks the talk. Along with John by her side, she is formidable in her fight against a corrupted system. Sharvari impresses with her jaw-dropping transformation, championing high-octane action scenes. Furthermore, we also get a sneak peek into an epic showdown between John's hero and Banerjee's villain. Tamannaah, who appears in a blink-and-miss appearance, plays the role of Abraham's love interest.

John shared the teaser on Instagram and wrote, “Jhagadna nahi aata mujhe, sirf jung ladni aati hai! (I don't know how to fight, I only know war) #VedaaTeaserOutNow...Releasing in cinemas on 12th July (sic).”

'Vedaa' has been directed by Nikhil Advani and written by Aseem Arora. The film is presented by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment and JA Entertainment Backed by Zee Studios, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and John Abraham and co-produced by Minnakshi Das, 'Vedaa' will be released in cinemas on July 12th.
