Swara Bhasker-Fahad Ahmad’s Delhi reception: Jaya Bachchan, Rahul Gandhi, and others attend

Actor Swara Bhasker and political activist Fahad Ahmad, who recently tied the knot, hosted a grand reception for their friends and family in Delhi on March 16. The couple arrived at the venue hand-in-hand and posed for the paparazzi.

Swara looked gorgeous in a pink lehenga, while Fahad sported a cream-colored sherwani.

In the videos going viral on the internet, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal can be seen attending the reception and congratulating the couple. Veteran actor Jaya Bachchan was also seen at the reception as she struck a pose with the newlyweds.

Swara has constantly been sharing pictures and videos from her pre-wedding festivities. On Thursday, she shared beautiful photos from the qawwali night. Fans have dropped red heart emoticons in the comment section.

Swara Bhasker and Fahad shared a video montage highlighting the timeline of their relationship on social media in February. Sharing the video, they wrote, ‘Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first.
