Sonam Kapoor goes on dinner date after stunning appearance at UK PM Rishi Sunak's reception

Actor Sonam Kapoor represented India at UK PM Rishi Sunak’s reception at 10 Downing Street to celebrate UK-India week on June 28.

She donned a green floral saree by Rohit Bal for the event along with a white overcoat. She was styled by none other than her sister Rhea Kapoor.

Sharing the pictures of her look on social media, Sonam wrote, ‘Representing in @rohitbalofficial for the reception at 10 Downing Street to celebrate UK India week. What a beautiful day and so happy I got to wear a sari in the gorgeous London summer.’

Her husband Anand Ahuja was quick to react to her post. He commented ‘wiiiilldddd’ along with heart eyes emojis

After the event, Sonam, Anand, Rhea Kapoor, and Karan Boolani met Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan who are enjoying their summer holidays in London for a dinner date.

Sonam and Rhea posted pictures from the outing on Instagram.

Sonam captioned the pic, ‘What an amazing meal. With the crew @kareenakapoorkhan @rheakapoor.’

On the work front, Sonam Kapoor’s next film, ‘Blind’, is all set to release on JioCinema on July 7.

Directed by Shome Makhija, the movie also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, Lilette Dubey, and Shubham Saraf.

The film is a Bollywood remake of the 2011 Korean crime thriller of the same name, directed by Ahn Sang-hoon.

‘Blind’ will be Sonam Kapoor’s first film after the birth of her son Vayu.
