Superstar Amitabh Bachchan stepped out of his Mumbai bungalow Jalsa on Sunday to meet a crowd of fans gathered outside to catch a glimpse of him. Now, Amitabh has shared a humorous incident from his routine meet-and-greet with fans.

Taking to Instagram, Big B shared two pictures of himself greeting fans and his amusing caption has captured the attention of all. In his post, the veteran actor revealed that someone had pointed out that the string of his trousers was hanging out. But he humorously blamed it on the fashion choices of the current generation.

In Hindi, he wrote, ‘Seeing the picture, someone said, ‘Bhaisaheb, your string is hanging,’ and I replied, ‘Bhaisaheb, there’s no string; this is today’s generation’s fashion.'’

Big B on his regular meet-and-greet with fans

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had shared the reason behind his regular meetings with fans. He mentioned that he has placed four containers of drinking water for those who wait outside in the heat.

‘I felt they wait for hours in this sweltering heat, so to provide them drinking water with lime to quench their thirst .. 4 containers, 2 on either side of the gate .. over and above the ‘matka’ that is permanently there during the day and night,’ he wrote in his blog.

Big B also revealed that he greets his fans barefoot and compared the act to visiting a temple barefoot and stated that his well-wishers are his temple.

Currently, Amitabh Bachchan is hosting the quiz-based reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 15’.
