The India Story Episode 9 | Sidhu Moose Wala killed: Need to counter Indo-Canadian criminal nexus?

Rapper and politician Sidhu Moose Wala was shot and killed while driving his car in Mansa, Punjab. Police has linked the crime to an inter-gang rivalry, and zeroed in on known gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is lodged in Tihar Jail, and Goldy Brar, who is based in Canada. How is a known gangster, behind bars, able to orchestrate a political murder? Why is a Canada based gangster able to order killings in India?
