PUBG New State is the shiny new mobile battle royale game from Krafton. It promises a futuristic setting, modern weapons and gadgets, and a graphics overhaul. But exactly how much of this game is new? Today we bring you the top 5 new features that PUBG New State adds to the battle royale formula.

The biggest and most obvious feature of PUBG New State is the graphics overhaul the game has received. Krafton has put in a new global illumination system, which basically means that the lighting is now consistent across the entire map. This means that if a tree outside is casting a shadow, it will also fall in through a building’s window, for example. This makes the game a lot more realistic, and makes it look more like a modern PC game than a mobile game.

Krafton also claim that they’ve optimised the game heavily, both in terms of running on older devices, and preventing overheating.

The new graphics aren’t just something to look at, they also change how the game feels. Krafton wanted to bring the feel of the PC game PUBG: Battlegrounds to mobile, which means that the ballistics systems, recoil patterns, ADS and firing positions were recreated for PUBG New State. The character animations and game physics were also recreated from the PC game, along with details like destruction of windows and doors, and cloth and material physics.

As a result, PUBG New State feels more smooth than any battle royale game before.

This is because when you ‘buy’ a game or film on an online store, you’re actually buying a license to access that content whenever you want. This license cannot be transferred, so you can’t pass on any digital purchases.

Perhaps the easiest way to pass on your information is to just share the login information with a trusted loved one. You can do so by leaving a document that has all your passwords, or sharing access to a password manager which has stored details of all your logins.
