YEIDA's New Plot Scheme Near Asia's Largest Airport: Are You Ready to Invest?

This could be your golden opportunity!The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new plot scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport, which is set to be the largest in Asia.

What’s on offer?

A total of 451 plots ranging from 120 to 260 square meters in Sector 24 A of the Yamuna Expressway Area.

Applications opened on October 31st and will close on November 30th. The lucky draw for plot allotment will take place on December 27th, 2024.

The demand for realty in this region has seen a surge - earlier this year, when YEIDA sold 361 plots in the area it received over 200,000 applications.
