Jawan, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's latest film, has achieved a milestone by securing a place in the coveted top 5 movies at the US Box Office for September 2023 releases.

Released on September 7 and distributed by Yash Raj Films USA Inc., the film has raked in $12,108,639 (₹100 crore) in the United States.

This achievement is all the more significant considering that the film achieved this feat while screening in just 826 theaters, significantly fewer than its Hollywood counterparts, as reported by Box Office Mojo.

September 2023 was a fiercely competitive month at the US Box Office, with The Equalizer 3 leading the charge with a staggering $73,673,848 (₹613 crore) in earnings.

Following closely behind was The Nun II, amassing $56,327,738 (₹469 crore). In fourth place, we find My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 with $18,632,245 (₹155 crore), making its mark on the rankings.
