Reliance launches nationwide GET 2024: Entry-level recruitment drive for engineering graduates

Reliance Industries, India's leading conglomerate, has unveiled the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) 2024 programme, signalling a massive recruitment drive aimed at tapping into the nation's young engineering talent. The initiative aims to bridge geographical gaps by inviting applications from engineering graduates across the country, with a vision to democratize access to career opportunities within the company.

Emphasizing their commitment to providing equal opportunities, Reliance Industries has opened the online application process for B.Tech and B.E. graduates from the 2024 batch of AICTE-approved institutes. The recruitment drive spans a multitude of technical roles in key business verticals, including chemical, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineering.

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have achieved a minimum of 60% or a 6 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in their 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable). Additionally, a consistent aggregate of 60% or higher is required in engineering up to the 7th semester or graduation.

The application window is set from January 11 to January 19, with shortlisted candidates scheduled for an online assessment (cognitive test plus subject matter) between February 5 and 8. Personal interviews for the selected individuals are slated to take place from February 23 to March 1, concluding the final hiring process by March-end.

Reliance Industries is keen on recruiting engineers across various sectors, including the oil-to-chemicals industry, oil and gas exploration and production, project management groups, petrochemicals procurement and contracting, and emerging new energy fields. The company encourages aspiring professionals to seize this opportunity to contribute to their remarkable growth story and make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of Indians.

As the application process unfolds, Reliance Industries aims to identify and nurture the next generation of engineering talent, fostering innovation and excellence across diverse business domains.
