Radisson to build second hotel in Ayodhya in partnership with EaseMyTrip and Jeewani Group

Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with EaseMyTrip and Jeewani Group, has unveiled plans to construct a 150-room Radisson Blu Hotel in Ayodhya, slated to open its doors to guests by 2027. This announcement follows closely on the heels of Radisson's recent decision to make its first foray into Ayodhya with Park Inn.

Strategically situated within two kilometers of the revered Shri Ram Mandir, Ayodhya, the new hotel boasts convenient proximity to Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhya Railway Station, and seamless road access via National Highway-27.

KB Kachru, chairman emeritus and principal advisor (South Asia) at Radisson Hotel Group, emphasized the compelling guest demand and positive feedback propelling the company's expansion into Ayodhya. He affirmed Ayodhya's pivotal role in Radisson's growth strategy, stating to Business Standard that, "Ayodhya stands strong as a promising market for Radisson Hotel Group, occupying a significant position in our expansion plans in 2024 and beyond."

Guests will have the opportunity to explore sacred sites, including Hanuman Ghari, Kanak Bhawan, Nageshwarnath Temple, and Treta Ke Thakur, all within a 2-5 kilometer radius of the hotel. Dhruv Jeewani, director at Jeewani Hospitality, expressed the collective endeavor to deliver a world-class hospitality experience tailored to visitors to Ayodhya.

Similarly, Nishant Pitti, chief executive officer and co-founder at EaseMyTrip, underscored the commitment to enriching Ayodhya's hospitality landscape and providing unparalleled experiences for travelers, reported Business Standard.

This partnership reflects Radisson's broader strategy to expand its branded presence, with plans underway to introduce hotels in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, and Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, in the near future. As Ayodhya continues to draw pilgrims and tourists alike, this collaboration aims to elevate the city's hospitality standards while honoring its cultural significance.
