Musk meets Twitter employees finally - and he talked about aliens!

A much-awaited Twitter townhall where Elon Musk directly interacted with Twitter employees for the first time since he made a $44 billion bid to buy the social media platform. Reports indicate that employees gave Musk a 'less than welcoming' response as questions on layoffs and future of work remained ambigious.

The eccentric billioanire as per reports also briefly diverted the conversation into a discussion about aliens and human consciousness.

The conversation was moderated by Twitter Chief Marketing Officer Leslie Berland, who summarized some employee questions that were submitted ahead of time. CEO Parag Agrawal introduced Musk, abut didn’t speak during the interview, which lasted about 45 minutes, as per reports.
