Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani has mentioned that he will spend the next five years to train them to take charge of the conglomerate's transformation into a digital, consumer and green energy behemoth.

Recently in an interview to CNBC-TV18 Nita Ambani talked about inducting her three children to the Board of Directors when she said that from boardrooms to playgrounds, women should be treated as equals.

“It’s time we treat our girls and boys equally, whether in boardrooms or on playgrounds,” said Nita Ambani.

She went on to say that she has never differentiated among her children. "But I think for girls to learn that they are equal, they have to see that (at) their homes they have mentors who know that they're not anything less than boys. I have never differentiated between Isha, Akash, and Anant. Whatever my boys could do, my daughter could do too", she said.
