Anand Mahindra releases stunning design teaser of XUV 3XO; here's everything you need to know

Indian automaker Mahindra's chairman Anand Mahindra has released a design teaser on X of the upcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO. The XUV 3XO is expected to be launched on April 29,2024. An upgraded version of XUV 300, the new launch is expected to have a revamped exterior and enhanced interior features.

As per The Economic Times, the starting price is expected to be Rs 9 lakh. The new XUV 3XO has maintained the silhoutte while the front and real fascias are re-designed keeping Mahindra's BE line-up of SUVs as an insipiration.

As per The Economic Times, the notable exterior changes include chrome-finished triangular embellishments on the grille, updated headlight clusters, and distinctive fang-shaped LED DRLs.

Similarly, the rear of the vehicle is also re-designed with its tailgate feature connected to LED taillights and a raised bumper. The 3XO emblem is accompanied by Mahindra's signature "Twin Peaks" logo in the middle.

The interior of the car comes with enhanced features. The Economic Times report notes that XUV 3XO is anticipated to have a panoramic sunroof and a dashboard layout similar to the XUV 400 EV model.

Further customers can expect a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, AdrenoX connected car technology, cruise control, and a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. Other amenities include dual-zone climate control, rear AC vents, and type-C USB outlets.

On the safety front, Mahindra's new launch is expected to come equipped with six airbags, all-four disc brakes, ISOFIX mounts, traction control, ESP, TPMS, front and rear sensors, and a rear parking camera.

Meanwhile, the car is likely to retain its existing engine lineup, including a 115 hp, 300 Nm 1.5-liter turbo diesel, a 110 hp, 200 Nm 1.2-liter turbo petrol, and a Turbosport variant boasting 130 hp, 230 Nm from a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine. The car also comes with an option of 6-speed manual gearbox or an AMT automatic transmission
