Ukrainian emergency services released a hair-raising video as the Ukraine-Russia war raged on for the 18th day.

In the video, an unexploded bomb is being removed from a house in Ukraine's Chernihiv city. A large earth-moving machine lifts the ordnance out of the house through what seems to be a shattered window and wall. The explosive, identified as an OFAB 500 air bomb as per reports, is seen strapped to the mechanical arm of the machine. Ukrainian emergency services reportedly claimed to have removed three such bombs in one day.

Chernihiv in northern Ukraine continues to be one of the worst-hit places in the war-torn country. Emergency services also released startling visuals of a nine-storey building which was shelled by Russian forces. Fire services were seen trying to douse fires blazing in the building as rubble covered every visible part of the ground. Some victims were also rescued from the damaged building.

Chernihiv residents cursed the Russians for the unrelenting violence and bloodshed. A resident of the city told Novyi Chernihiv TV, "Let you (Russians) suffer as we are suffering during all these days and nights. It is impossible to convey (what I feel). God save us. I want us to stay strong and show that we are Ukrainians, we are a nation. We are united and stand next to each other. Let God finish the war quickly so that people can rebuild."
