Missile strike by Russia targeted House of Culture in Kharkiv region killing 7 including an 11-year-old child.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's social media channel on Friday released CCTV video showing a large explosion hitting the House of Culture in Lozova city in the Kharkiv region.

A post on the media channel said the building was hit by a Russian missile strike.

There were seven victims, including an 11-year-old child, Zelenskyy reported.

"What is in the minds of people who choose such targets? Absolute evil, absolute stupidity," he wrote in a social media statement.
