Ahead of the second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia on Wednesday, Russian forces escalated their attacks on crowded urban areas on Tuesday. Russia bombarding the central square in Ukraine's second-biggest city Kharkiv and Kyiv's main TV tower.

Ukraine President called the escalation of Russian attacks a blatant campaign of terror.
