Putin fell down stairs, defecated 'involuntarily' due to cancer: report quotes Telegram channel

Russian President Vladimir Putin recently fell down a flight of stairs, and "involuntarily" defecated, according to New York Post report.

The report said that Putin suffered a fall at his official Moscow residence, falling down 5 steps, and landed on his tailbone. He "involuntarily" defecated due to the impact as cancer has affected his stomach and bowels, the report said.

The New York Post cited claims on a Telegram channel which claims to have links with Putin's security team.

The Russian President's health has been a matter of great speculation, especially since he ordered the military invasion of Ukraine.

Earlier, UK news outlet Express reported that Putin's hands appeared to shake and turn purple during a meeting with Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel in November.
