Pakistan Successfully Tests Fatah-4 Missile with 750km Range

Islamabad, September 30 (PTI) - On Tuesday, Pakistan successfully carried out a training launch of its newly inducted and domestically developed cruise missile, the 'Fatah-4,' which boasts the capability to hit targets up to 750 kilometers away, according to the Pakistan army.

The launch was executed by the Army's media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), which confirmed the missile's impressive range.

“Equipped with advanced avionics and cutting-edge navigational aids, this missile system demonstrates the ability to evade enemy missile defense systems thanks to its terrain-hugging features, engaging targets with remarkable precision,” the army detailed.

As a component of the Army Rocket Force Command, the Fatah-4 is projected to significantly enhance the reach, lethality, and survivability of Pakistan Army's conventional missile arsenal.

The launch event was attended by the chief of general staff, senior officers from Pakistan's armed forces, as well as prominent scientists and engineers involved in the project.

Both the president and prime minister, alongside the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and the service chiefs, extended their congratulations to the troops, scientists, and engineers associated with the successful training launch of Fatah-4, the statement conveyed.
