The plan, described as "groundbreaking" by the White House, is seen as a potential pivotal moment in resolving the longstanding conflict in war-torn Gaza. It aims to address hostilities, ensure the release of hostages, provide sustained humanitarian aid, and turn Gaza into a symbol of prosperity.
