UEFA&nbsp;on Monday confirmed that Portugal&nbsp;will take Russia's place in the Women's Euro 2022 in July. Also,&nbsp;Russian Premier League Champions&nbsp;Zenit St Petersburg&nbsp;will not be allowed to compete in the Champions&nbsp;League next season which is set to cost the Russian club tens of millions of euros.&nbsp;Zenit&nbsp;St Petersburg&nbsp;is owned by Russian state energy firm Gazprom and the company's contract has&nbsp;also been terminated as the main sponsor of the Champions League.&nbsp;
