Spanish fashion giant Zara took down an advertisement allegedly linked to the Israel-Hamas war after the strong social media backlash
After listening to comments, Zara released a statement &ldquo;regarding the campaign "The Jacket".
They said the ad, which presented a series of images of unfinished sculptures in a sculptor&rsquo;s studio, was created with the sole purpose of showcasing craftmade garments in an artistic context. It was conceived in July and photographed in September.
&ldquo;Unfortunately, some customers felt offended by these images, which have now been removed, and saw in them something far from what was intended when they were created", the brand mentioned in its statement.&nbsp;

Social media users criticized the campaign which has been widely compared to the Hamas-Israel conflict. Several sections of the internet said that the ad campaign photos resembled the impactful images from Gaza, sparking widespread discussions and concerns.
The controversial ad showcases model Kristen McMenamy carrying a mannequin wrapped in white cloth, drawing comparisons to photos depicting the aftermath of the Israel-Palestine conflict.
&ldquo;Zara, shame on you, what a cruel, repugnant organisation you are! How could you mock the innocent murdered loved ones of others? This is sickening, and people from all over the world buy clothing from you,&rdquo; wrote user on X.&nbsp;

The fast-fashion clothing brand Zara is making headlines for its newly launched shirt collection.
The brand has launched white linen and viscose blend fabric shirt with slogans 'Delhi ki Dhoop Delhi' on one side and 'Chawal' on the other side. This shirt costs Rs 3,290 and is available in all sizes.
However, as soon as the pictures of this shirt dropped on the internet social media users are sharing their reactions with hilarious comments and are trying to decode the weird creativity behind the slogans and trying to find the connection between both the lines/words.
On Twitter people have reacted with their sarcastic tweets, writing -
